Meet Ann

My real estate journey began in the late ’90s while I was also working as a nurse. When our fourth child was born, I stepped away to focus on raising our family and continued my 34-year nursing career. After retiring from nursing, I found myself missing those meaningful connections and decided to return to real estate. I’m now proud to be a Realtor with Watkins Real Estate Associates.

Over 37 years of marriage, my husband and I have moved 11 times. We’ve rented, flipped homes with four kids running through the dust, built and sold our dream home, downsized, managed rentals, and even rented out rooms in our own home. With my husband’s 30+ years as a builder, I’ve gained hands-on experience in what makes a home both beautiful and functional.

We’ve lived nearly every side of real estate. I bring not only personal insight, but also the same compassion and guidance that defined my nursing career. Whether you’re buying, selling, upsizing, downsizing, or dreaming of something new, I’m here to walk with you—every step of the way.
